Lunar New Year | January 26 to February 18, 2018
Stroll beneath strings of ornamental lanterns, pay a visit to the Lucky Wishing Wall and send your creative spirit soaring with the help of local artisans! While you’re enjoying the festivities, take time to shop for Lunar New Year themed apparel, souvenirs and gifts to commemorate your experience.

New Orleans Square Mardi Gras | February 13, 2018

A must-do Disney food experience. Celebrate the bounty of California with irresistible cuisine, beverages, entertainment and more!

Egg-stravaganza | Easter 2018 
To participate, pick up a map and stickers for $5.99 (plus tax) at select merchandise locations throughout Disneyland Resort. Search for special hidden “eggs” themed to Disney and Pixar characters. Record your discoveries by placing the corresponding sticker on the themed Egg-stravaganza map to represent that location.

Pixar Fest | April 13, 2018
Disneyland Resort guests are invited to celebrate their favorite Disney·Pixar stories during Pixar Fest. Beginning April 13, 2018, this limited-time celebration of friendship and beyond will feature the debut of an all-new fireworks. Pixar Shorts—a new film festival taking place throughout much of Pixar Fest—will offer rotating favorites such as For the Birds and Lava at the Sunset Showcase Theater in Hollywood Land. Meanwhile, the Paradise Gardens area will feature a new Pixar-themed musical troupe, Character Greeting opportunities, and crafts.

Dapper Day | April 22, 2018

Bats Day | May 5-6, 2018
Bats Day in the Fun Park. Bats Day in the Fun Park, also known as Bats Day, Goth Day, Bats Day in the Park and Bats Day Out, started in August 1999 as a joint effort between the promoters of the goth/industrial and deathrock clubs Absynthe and Release the Bats.

Disneyland’s Birthday | July 17, 2018
Every year on this anniversary the park celebrates Disneyland’s Birthday.There are special souvenirs available on that day, and some people choose to dress dapper for the occasion. Some people try to attend every year despite the crowds. Even though Disneyland does not actively promote this day, everyone seems to be hopping in droves to the park to join this birthday party.

Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort
Halloween is a big deal at Disneyland Park, with Halloween decorations, entertainment and other fun reasons to visit that typically take place mid-September through Halloween. Main Street U.S.A. is turned into a pumpkin festival with hundreds of hand-carved pumpkins on display. You can gather with some of Disney’s biggest villains along with other favorite Disney characters for meet-and-greets — in costumes, of course! Jack Skellington and Sally are popular over by the Haunted Mansion, and Cruella De Ville stalks about Main Street and the near the park entrance.

Mickey’s Halloween Party
Families are invited to dress up in costumes and trick-or-treat throughout the park. The party takes place this on select nights in September and October. In addition to trick or treating, there are also character encounters with Disney villains and photo-ops with other Disney characters and Pixar pals.

Holidays at the Disneyland Resort | November 10, 2017 to January 7, 2018
From the festive food marketplace, to special holiday displays, entertainment and holiday themed rides – there’s plenty to see at Disneyland during the holidays.

New Year’s Eve at the Disneyland Resort
On New Year’s Eve at Disneyland, park guests are treated to not one, but two fireworks shows! The fireworks that ring in the new year are part of their own special New Year’s Eve “Fantasy in the Sky” Fireworks Spectacular. Show times are 9 p.m. (earlier than usual!) and 11:55 p.m.
